My friend's restaurant in Kitazawa (right next to Shimokitazawa) and they have the best grilled cheese in town!! Also as an American living in Japan, sometimes all I want is a good grilled cheese and a Rice Krispies treat and ugh it's so delicious here. The decor is also so cozy, perfect for a weekend brunch. Also it's dog-friendly!! 🐾
