Toriiwaro 鳥岩楼

One of those places that only serves one thing and does it sososososososoo well. The rice in this oyakodon was cooked perfectly, and the chicken was so tender. ALSO the addition of sansho peppers...! I've never had this combo before but it works and is so kanpeki!! We arrived maybe 5 minutes before it opened and there was already a long line. Luckily we could wait inside and only waited about 30 minutes, but maybe try to get there 20-30 minutes before they open so don't have to wait. The interior of this spot is also cozy and there's a nice view of their garden.
