
Tofu Shokudo 豆富食堂 is a tofu-focused restaurant in Ebisu where they make fresh tofu daily from domestic soybeans using traditional methods. Their menu is inspired by tofu dishes from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Korea and it throughout the day if shifts from casual lunch spot to more of an izakaya in the evening. They also have a small shop up front that sells fresh tofu, soy milk, and tofu ice cream to-go!
