I grew up on these and not only do they clean my ears nicely, but it's kind of a comfort thing for me at this point haha, it really relaxes me when I'm cleaning my ears. The ぼんてん (fluffy cotton tip end) on the handle is also used at the end of your cleaning sesh to make sure any small bit aren't missed and brushed out!
